Upfront valuations

What is the RP PropertyHub®?

RP PropertyHub® is AMP's online valuation ordering and tracking tool for all mortgage originations, to all lenders across the country. It automatically determines the type of valuation required by applying valuation business rules and allocates the order to the relevant valuer. In addition to property valuation ordering, subscribers can leverage their property data analytics and insights in one convenient location.

Order upfront property valuations online

Upfront valuations can be ordered for new business and simple loan increases. Consult the PropertyHub User Guide for details on how to order valuations.

Upfront valuations are not available for Construction Loans, complex loan variations or pre-approvals.

Access the PropertyHub®

Existing users

For existing RP Data Professional subscribers, your current user name and password can be used to access the system. If you can’t remember what your login credentials are, you can use the ‘Forgot your username or password?’ option.

First time users

If you don't have an RP Data Professional account, you will need to register and create a new PropertyHub user profile. 

  1. Select RP PropertyHub® login to the right.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select Login.

Valuation status enquiry

If you would like to follow up on the status of a valuation request, you can send a message to the Valuer and request an update by using the ValStatus Enquiry Tool.

This tool is separate to the RP Property Hub® and there is no login required. You’ll need the Valuation Reference number found on your order confirmation, as well as the borrower's surname or company name.

What is MyPortView®?
MyPortView is an online shared settlements and discharges workspace for lenders, brokers and First Mortgage Services (FMS).

MyPortView® provides:

  • Real-time status information on all your applications (from when we instruct FMS to settlement).
  • A consolidated portfolio view of your applications.
  • The ability to upload documents directly to the application.
  • The ability to view and download any documents uploaded to docuPREP Document Centre, including loan documents prepared by FMS.
  • The ability to chat to FMS to get instant help.

What is FASTRefi®?

A streamlined refinancing solution that's faster and simpler than the traditional process.

This process allows a refinance settlement to occur very quickly (usually within days rather than weeks) after loan documents have been signed.

The settlement occurs without the title of the property being transferred from the outgoing lender (which is why a standard refinance settlement takes weeks).

We use the NextGen.Net® ApplyOnline® electronic lodgement solution for online mortgage application submission. This provides upfront serviceability and applications for new loans and increases with:

  • clarity of requirements with data validation driven by AMP Bank rules/policy
  • an integrated serviceability calculator with data transfer to application
  • dynamic application and supporting document checklists (tailored to loan profile)
  • supporting document uploads and online submissions
